For as many years as I can remember I've never had the self-discipline to pass by a jewelry store without slipping in for just a "quick peek" at the latest glitz on the market. But my taste for "eye candy" generally held a higher price tag than all of my bank accounts combined, and I usually left emptyhanded.

In June 2002 I saw a pair of "bottomless" bead sandals for sale in a popular catalog. I remembered these same sandals from the early 1970's as a teenager. But for the price of the sandals I could buy beads and make them. Just for fun, I made a few pair for myself, my daughter, and a friend. The "just for fun" quickly turned into addiction and a few (thousand) beads later I was designing and making necklace/earring sets to match my clothes. As more and more people asked about the jewelry I wore, their next question was usually "Do you sell your jewelry?". So, as the saying goes... "the rest is history". This is my website with jewelry designed by me.

With the opportunity to start my own business, I resigned from a company where I worked for 19 years. Since then, I've tested numerous varieties of beads and wire to make and offer jewelry that is eye-catching, durable, and unique one-of-a-kind collection pieces. It's a "kick" to see customers, family, and friends wearing my endless addiction to designing jewelry.
