My inspiration for this painting was from spending many weekends in Pennsylvania.The scenic views were open land, farms, barns, and beautiful old style homes with porches large enough for family and neighbors to gather.I realized every time I went back home there was too much concrete and carefully planted trees.Since I have always had a passion for old homes with big porches I decided to paint a place I would love to live.That was a few years ago and little did I know when I painted this I would end up living in a home on open land, in a country setting, perfectly comfortable in a ponytail and bare feet.
